General Qualification

    * Working experience at least 2 years in HR Department will be most
       considered
    * Minimum S1 from any major
    * Honest and dependable,
    * Preferably Female


Excellent Interpersonal Skill

    * Good communication skill both in Indonesia and English
    * Good negotiation and problem solving skill
    * Experienced in client handling and collaboration
    * Very high attention into details
    * Able to work in a team, under pressure and tight deadline


Technical Skill

    * Having basic knowledge in IT will be preferred
    * Computer literated (Microsoft office suite: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
    * Supports the preparation of reports to client (Monthly Executive Reports
       and Quarterly Reports)
    * Experience in creating reports and administrative documents related to
       HR
    * Deep understanding in designing  formats for all documents to create
       master document templates
    * Ability to keep track of documents as well as document versioning
