RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR

Requirements :

    * Female, single, max. 27 years old
    * Hold Bachelor degree in Psychology with GPA min. 3.00
    * Min. 3 years experience in the same position
    * Having good knowledge about recruitment and selection system
    * Familiar with psychological tools
    * Good communication and presentation skills
    * Smart, independent, high self motivated person, responsible, hard 

       worker, able work under pressure and commit to deadline
    * Ability to maintain confidentiality and willing to work extra time

Responsibilities:

    * Conduct selection process and induction program for new employee
    * Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications
    * Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs.
    * Obtains and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates.
    * Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the 

       targeted time.
    * Interview candidates and provide feedback
    * Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered.
