• Education D3
• Experienced in the field / in the same position min. 2 years
• Willing to work in shifts
• Have leadership and firm
• Can work in team work
• Have a vision, motivation and initiative to develop
• Have good analytical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication could be better
• Responsible and able to work under pressure
